A FEW MORE TAVERNS OPENING UP IN EXTERNUS

We did NOT expect the Tavern Owner tier to be so popular, but we had Kent go through the design documents and the planned towns and places to open up 4 MORE SLOTS! That is the all we can do, so if you want to name a tavern GRAB IT NOW!
